GoodNews Barcelona 2020 SL carries out its commercial activity through the website www.goodnewsco.es, through which it currently sells thermos flasks and accessories.
2. PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Subject Matter
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between GoodNews Barcelona 2020 SL (hereinafter, "GoodNews") and users who make purchases through the website www.goodnewsco.es (hereinafter, the "Customer").
Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory requirement to place any order. By completing the purchase process and checking the corresponding box at checkout, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the content of this document.
2.2 Capacity to Contract
Orders may be placed on the website by all natural persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity to contract, as well as by duly incorporated legal entities. By accepting these Terms, the Customer confirms that they meet these requirements.
2.3 Purchase Process
The purchase of products on www.goodnewsco.es follows this procedure:

Product selection: the Customer adds the desired items to their cart.

Cart review: the Customer may modify quantities or remove products before proceeding to payment.

Delivery details: the Customer enters the delivery address and the information required for shipping.

Payment method: the Customer selects the payment method and provides the required details.

Review and confirmation: the Customer reviews the order summary, confirms they have read these Terms, and completes the purchase.

Order confirmation: GoodNews sends a confirmation email with the order number, a summary of the purchased products, the delivery address, and the payment method used.
Registration is not required to place an order. The Customer may operate as a guest. GoodNews recommends saving the confirmation email as proof of the transaction.
The minimum order amount is 10 EUR. There is no maximum amount.
2.4 Confirmation and Formation of the Contract
The purchase contract is formed at the moment the Customer receives the order confirmation email. GoodNews reserves the right to reject orders in the event of a pricing error, stock exhaustion, suspicion of fraudulent use, or any other justified circumstance, notifying the Customer as soon as possible and proceeding to a full refund of the amount paid.
2.5 Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). Prices include VAT applicable under current Spanish regulations for each product category. GoodNews reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although confirmed orders will be governed by the price in effect at the time of purchase.
International shipments: for orders destined outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or other customs charges are exclusively the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the sale price.
2.6 Payment Methods
GoodNews accepts the following payment methods, processed securely through Shopify Payments:

The charge is made at the moment the Customer completes the purchase process. GoodNews does not store bank card data; all payment information is handled in encrypted form by the Shopify Payments gateway, which complies with PCI-DSS standards.
Payments via PayPal, Bizum, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or buy-now-pay-later services are not currently accepted.
2.7 Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If the Customer notices an error in the information entered (address, product, etc.), they must contact sat@goodnewsco.es immediately. GoodNews will attempt to make the correction provided the order has not yet been dispatched, though this cannot be guaranteed.
2.8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations assign jurisdiction elsewhere.

3. SHIPPING POLICY
3.1 Shipping Zones
GoodNews ships both nationally and internationally. The available shipping zones are:

GoodNews reserves the right not to ship to certain destinations in the event of logistical restrictions, force majeure situations, or operational limitations of the transport provider.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders of 50 EUR or more destined for Spain and Europe. For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping cost for the destination will be displayed to the Customer during the purchase process, before confirming the order.
For international orders outside Europe, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and shown to the Customer at checkout before confirming the order.
3.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days from payment confirmation. GoodNews works with various logistics providers to optimise delivery times depending on the destination:

The times indicated are estimates based on typical carrier schedules and may be affected by circumstances beyond GoodNews's control, such as public holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure. During periods of high demand (launches, special campaigns), times may be longer than indicated, and GoodNews will communicate this in advance through the website.
3.4 Order Tracking
Once the order has been collected by the logistics provider, the Customer will receive a tracking number to check the status of their shipment in real time. This number is sent by email to the address provided during the purchase process.
GoodNews works with various logistics providers depending on the destination (including, among others, SEUR, MRW, Correos, and Amphora as logistics manager), reserving the right to select the most suitable carrier for each order.
3.5 Handling Shipping Issues
3.5.1 Order Not Received
If the order has not been received after the estimated delivery period, the Customer must contact GoodNews at sat@goodnewsco.es. GoodNews will open an incident with the logistics provider and, depending on the outcome of the investigation, will proceed to resend the product or issue a full refund of the amount paid.
3.5.2 Product Received with Damage
If the product arrives visibly damaged, the Customer must notify GoodNews within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, sending an email to hi@goodnewsco.es with:

Photographs of the damaged product.

Photographs of the outer packaging (all sides).

Photograph of the shipping label.
GoodNews will review the incident and, if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transport, will proceed to:
-
Resend the product at no additional cost to the Customer (for domestic orders), provided stock is available, or
-
Refund the full amount of the product if stock is unavailable or if it is an international order.
3.5.3 Error in Shipping Address
If the address error was made by the Customer:

If the order has not yet been dispatched: GoodNews will attempt to correct the address at no cost, subject to the logistics provider's process.

If the order has already been dispatched: the cost of redelivery to the correct address will be borne by the Customer.
GoodNews is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.
3.5.4 Shipments During Special Campaigns and Launches
During periods of high demand, product launches ("drops"), or special campaigns, delivery times may be extended. GoodNews will communicate this through the website and/or its usual communication channels. Notification of delays does not give rise to any right to cancellation or compensation, except as provided by applicable law.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to sat@goodnewsco.es stating the order number and their intention to withdraw, or use our withdrawal form accessible through our website. GoodNews will provide return instructions and proceed to refund the full amount paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the product has been returned or the Customer has provided proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the Customer, unless GoodNews states otherwise in a specific case.
4.2 Accepted Return Reasons
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal (see section 4.1), GoodNews establishes the following voluntary returns policy beyond the 14-day statutory period, or for cases where the Customer prefers a faster resolution. In these cases, GoodNews accepts returns exclusively when one of the following applies:

Product received with damage attributable to transport.

Incorrect item: the product received does not match the order placed.
-
Proven manufacturing defect.
Outside the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, or an error in size or colour chosen by the Customer, or for any other reason not covered by the above cases.
4.3 Definition of Defective or Damaged Product
A product is considered defective or damaged if it has:

Dents.
-
Cracks or fractures.
-
Liquid leaks.
-
Visible problems with the lid or closing mechanism.
-
Deep scratches or damaged paintwork not attributable to use.
-
Visible imperfections not expected in a new product.
The following are NOT considered defects:

Minor marks or barely perceptible micro-scratches.
-
Minimal colour variations inherent to the material or manufacturing process.
-
Damage caused after delivery (knocks, drops, misuse).
-
Normal wear resulting from ordinary product use.
4.4 Condition of the Returned Product
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

Not have been used.
-
Retain its original packaging intact.
-
Include all accessories and components.
-
Be properly packaged for return transport.
GoodNews reserves the right to reject the return if the product is received at the warehouse in a condition different from that stated above (used, incomplete, damaged by reasons other than the original transport, or with deteriorated packaging).
4.5 Step-by-Step Return Process

Request: the Customer sends an email to sat@goodnewsco.es within 48 hours if the product arrived damaged, stating the order number, the reason for the return, and attaching photographs if applicable.

Validation: GoodNews will review the request and inform the Customer whether the return is accepted or rejected within a maximum of 2 business days.

Shipping instructions: if accepted, GoodNews will provide the Customer with instructions for sending the product to the warehouse managed by Amphora. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
-
Receipt and inspection: Amphora receives the product and verifies its condition.
-
Confirmation: GoodNews confirms the final acceptance of the return.
-
Refund: the refund is processed to the original payment method.
4.6 Return Costs
Spain and Europe:
GoodNews covers all return costs. The Customer may choose between a full refund of the amount paid or reshipment of the correct product, after returning the incorrect or defective item.
Outside Europe:
GoodNews covers return costs. Only a full refund of the amount paid is offered, after the product is returned. If the Customer wishes to receive the product again, they must place a new order.
In all cases, prior return of the product is a mandatory requirement for processing any refund or replacement.
4.7 Refund Timeframe and Method
Once the return is validated and the product received at the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the Customer's bank and processing by Shopify Payments. The refund will be made exclusively via the same payment method used for the purchase, for the full product amount, with no deductions.
4.8 Rejected Return
If, after inspection of the product at the warehouse, it is determined that it does not meet the conditions stated, GoodNews will inform the Customer. The Customer may request reshipment of the product at their own expense, covering the cost of the new shipment. If the Customer does not request reshipment within the period indicated by GoodNews, the product may be returned at their expense or handled in accordance with applicable law.
4.9 Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products
Regardless of the above, outside the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Limited edition or special launch products, unless a defect is proven.

Personalised products or items manufactured to the Customer's specifications.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or an accident after delivery.
5. PRODUCT AND WARRANTY POLICY
5.1 Legal Warranty
All GoodNews products are covered by the statutory warranty which, under current Spanish law, is 3 years from the date of delivery of the product. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please write to us at sat@goodnewsco.es. GoodNews will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, in accordance with applicable law.
5.2 Warranty Exclusions
The following are expressly excluded from the warranty:

Damage caused by incorrect, negligent, or improper use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

Natural wear resulting from ordinary product use (minor scratches, colour changes due to use, etc.).
-
Damage occurring after delivery of the product (knocks, drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, etc.).
-
Modifications or repairs carried out by the Customer or by unauthorised third parties.
5.3 Proper Use of Thermos Flasks and Accessories
GoodNews sells thermos flasks and accessories for physical use. To ensure the correct functioning and durability of the products, the Customer must follow the use and care instructions provided with each product. GoodNews is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow the instructions.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
6.1 Contact Channels

For issues related to orders, shipping, returns, or warranty, the Customer must contact us exclusively via the email address above or via https://e.amphoralogistics.com/66340d6a-7eaf-41f7-821b-eac34360d652, always including the order number and a detailed description of the query or issue.
6.2 Response Time
GoodNews commits to responding to all enquiries received as quickly as possible. The estimated response time is 1 to 2 business days from receipt of the message, subject to workload and team availability.
6.3 Languages
Customer service is provided in Spanish and English.
6.4 Issue Escalation
If the issue cannot be resolved at first instance, GoodNews will escalate the case to the relevant department or to the logistics provider (Amphora), keeping the Customer informed of the status of the process at all times.
6.5 Formal Complaints
If the Customer is not satisfied with the resolution offered, they may submit a formal complaint in writing to sat@goodnewsco.es, stating the reason for the complaint, the order number, and the resolution requested. GoodNews will respond to formal complaints within a maximum of 10 business days.
The Customer may also contact the consumer protection bodies competent in their region or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR):

7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 Data Protection
The personal information and data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policy, which is accessible on our website. By using this website, the Customer consents to the processing of such information and data as described in that Policy.
8. CONTENT AND WEBSITE USE POLICY
8.1 Intellectual and Industrial Property
The website www.goodnewsco.es, including its graphic design, structure, texts, images, logos, trademarks, trade names, source code, and other elements, is owned by GoodNews Barcelona 2020 SL or by third parties who have authorised its use. All rights are reserved.
The total or partial reproduction of the website, as well as its distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other act not expressly authorised by GoodNews, is strictly prohibited, except for the user's private and non-commercial use.
Similarly, the products sold by GoodNews, including their design, shape, aesthetics, packaging, and graphic elements, may be protected by industrial and intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, industrial designs, or copyright, whether registered or not, under applicable Spanish, European, and international law.
Reproducing, imitating, copying, or commercialising the products or any of their elements without prior written authorisation from GoodNews is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in the appropriate legal actions.
8.2 Permitted Use of the Website
Access to the website is free of charge. The User undertakes to use it lawfully, honestly, and in compliance with current regulations. In particular, the following are prohibited:
